William is about 5’ 10” with pale white skin and charcoal black hair. William has a mysterious scar across his throat and is unable to speak. He taught himself sign language and to read and write so that he might communicate. His hair is long but only goes down to his shoulders and is kinda scraggly. He always keeps a clean shaven face whenever possible and dresses in fany buccaneer clothing with a hat with a large feather.
William’s family was killed at a young age (3 years old) by pirates to which took him prisoner and trained him to be one of them. Although he has lived his whole life in the west, he has very pale skin and dark black hair as though from the north. Since his parents were killed when he was only three, he does not know much of his history or where he truly came from. Overtime, William raised his way through the ranks until he was first officer. About two years from the present, William snuck up on his captain in his sleep in an attempt to exact his revenge for his parents death. Although his captain was 20 years older at this time, he was still very astute awoke to Williams murder attempt. A battle erupted, this is when Williams Caste appeared helping him to defeat the captain.
William managed to cover up the captains death and take control of the ship. Having more morals than the average pirate and a sense of good will he set up the following rules for his band of pirates
1. Everyone must own a fancy hat with a big feather on it. 2. You many not rape or kill an innocent person unless first attacked. 3. All decisions on the ship are decided on a vote. 4. All pirates must be able to communicate in sign language, not only for the convenience of the captain but also for covert operations. (Pirates will be taught this is they do not know) 5. More to come as I think of them
